You can check in at the Hotel Bell Tent reception from midday (12pm). Check out is at 11am on Monday. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.

Reception will be open between 8am to midday (12pm) and 4pm to 8pm. Outside these hours there will be a number on a blackboard to call for assistance.

No, only the number of people you have booked for can stay in your accommodation.

No, event tickets are not included in your accommodation booking. You can purchase event tickets from the festival website.

Hotel Bell Tent tents will be located in general camping where there will be security personnel present.

As always, Hotel Bell Tent cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.  We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their tent.

• Lots of layers for when the sun goes down 

• A rain coat and boots (for the unreliable British weather!) 

• Even if your accommodation does include bedding, bringing an extra cosy blanket and pyjamas is advised for the cooler nights.  

Our Basic Bell and Standard package are not inclusive of bedding.

You are able to add bedding packs to your Standard Package order for an extra cost.

Our Classic, Deluxe and Super Bell packages are inclusive of bedding:

• 13.5 tog duvet and one pillow per person

• Cotton bed linen

• One cotton bath towel per person

No open fires or BBQs are permitted. Only purpose built gas stoves with small gas bottles (2.2kg) are permitted, and no spare bottles are to be brought. Please note Hotel Bell Tent does not permit naked flames (camping stoves, candles etc.) inside any accommodation option.

As per the Stowaway website:

Each person is allowed to bring the 12 cans of beer/lager/cider OR 2 plastic bottles of wine. No spirits or glass bottles are allowed. Please remember any personal alcohol brought to the event is only for consumption within the campsite and not the entertainment areas.

At Hotel Bell Tent we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests' help in keeping our area clean and tidy and assisting us in leaving no trace.
