You can check in at the Hotel Bell Tent reception from 2pm on of the first day of your booking. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.

Henley-on-Thames is located 13 miles from Junction 8/9 on the M4, and 16 miles from Junction 4 on the M40.
Please use postcode RG9 2HY to find your way to glamping at Riverside Meadows, and as you approach Henley, follow the directions provided for the TRIANGULAR symbol.
By public transport
Trains run frequently to Henley-on-Thames from London (Paddington), with a special timetable operated by Great Western Railway for the duration of the Regatta.

Schedules for bus services will be published nearer the to event. The closest bus stop to Fawley Meadows is on the Marlow Road opposite Swiss Farm a short walk to the Glamping Site

There will be an exclusive car park adjacent to the camp for guests to park cars. All guests will have the option, after they have checked in, to move their car during the day between the hours of 0600 and 2100. Out of these hours the entrance gate to the field will be closed.

No, only the number of people you have booked for can stay in your accommodation.

Event tickets are not included in the accommodation price; however, guests will have the opportunity to reserve Regatta Enclosure tickets in advance of general sale by completing this form and quoting their booking reference.

Yes, all packages include a 13.5 tog duvet and one pillow per person with cotton bed linen and one cotton bath towel per person.

Hotel Bell Tent will have a dedicated 24/7 security presence allowing only wrist banded guests to enter the Hotel Bell Tent area.
As always, Hotel Bell Tent cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their accommodation

Delicious continental breakfasts will be being served every morning (each morning of your stay) at our onsite café area.
Further drinks, meals and snacks will be available to purchase from our café and bar throughout your stay.

Yes, we’ll do our utmost to cater to dietary requirements like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies.

Yes. There will golf buggies available to collect luggage from guests’ cars to take to reception and then there will be luggage porters to assist with luggage from reception to your accommodation tent.

We highly recommend you bring a torch, lots of layers for when the sun goes down, plenty of warm bedding (if this is not included within the package you have booked) and cosy pyjamas. Bringing an extra blanket is always a good idea just in case the night times are a little cooler.

Hotel Bell Tent will have exclusive loos with a dedicated maintenance and cleaning crew. Please note that showers can be in high demand at peak times (breakfast and early evening).

Each accommodation package is supplied with power. This is for charging of phones and cameras only – use for anything more powerful could overload the system and disrupt power supply for you and your fellow guests. If in doubt, please check with Hotel Bell Tent reception staff.
