You can check in at the Hotel Bell Tent reception from 3.30pm on Friday. Check out is at 10am on Monday. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.

Reception will be open between 8am and 12am. Outside these hours a night porter will be on duty.

You will need to pre-book a parking pass for access to the Festival of Sport parking facilities. Please click HERE to book.

If you have one of the following packages, your booking DOES NOT include bedding:
Basic pre-pitched tent
Standard pre-pitched tent
Basic Bell tent
Standard Bell tent
You are able to add bedding to your package an extra cost when making your booking (except for our basic pre-pitched tent).

No, only the number of people you have booked for can stay in your accommodation.

No, event tickets are not included in your accommodation booking. You can purchase event tickets from the Festival of Sport website HERE.

There will be security at the entrance allowing only wrist banded guests into the campsite. As always, Hotel Bell Tent cannot be liable for lost or stolen items. We advise all guests against bringing unnecessary valuable items to the event and having handbags or purses on visual display in their tent.

A rain coat and boots (for the unreliable British weather!)
Even if your accommodation does include bedding, bringing an extra cosy blanket and pyjamas is advised for the cooler nights.

Food and drink will be sold nearby in the festival arena. New for 2025, a festival market is being introduced featuring a range of suppliers for you to browse.

You will have access to high end toilets and showers with a dedicated maintenance and cleaning crew.

There will be facilities for emptying chemical loos at the campsite in 2025.

Due to protected wildlife on the estate we cannot allow BBQs, camping stoves or any naked flames within any of the campsites.

As per the Festival of Sport website:
No alcohol can be brought into the main event arena. However, we will allow a maximum of 8 x440ml cans of beer/lager/cider less than 6% ABV or 1 x 750ml wine less than 14%ABV per person to be brought into the camping areas ONLY. -
Water taps can be found in and around the site and are supplied with mains water suitable for drinking.

At Hotel Bell Tent we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests' help in keeping our area clean and tidy and assisting us in leaving no trace.
