Refund policy

Clients may receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee of the equipment hire charges, if they provide more than 21 days’ notice prior to the agreed period of hire.

Clients may receive a refund minus a 30% cancellation fee of the equipment hire charges, if they provide between 7 to 20 days’ notice prior to the agreed period of hire.

Clients may not receive a refund 7 days or less from the agreed period of hire.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to reach the client’s account once processed.
