When can I check in?

Guests can check in at the Hotel Bell Tent reception from 2pm on Thursday 17th August. Check out is at 11am on Monday 20th August. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your booking confirmation for check in.

What are the reception opening hours?

Normal reception opening hours are 8am-12am. When reception is closed, there will be a 24-hour point of contact for use in emergencies.

Where is Hotel Bell Tent located at Green Man?

Hotel Bell Tent at Green Man is situated at the edge of the festival site in a peaceful riverside location. Due to the unique and beautiful Green Man site, there is a walk of approximately fifteen minutes from the car park to Hotel Bell Tent, and a five to ten minute walk to the entrance to the main festival site.

We advise guests to pack light, where possible, and to make use of the Mr Trolley service.

I'm travelling by car. What are the parking arrangements?

Hotel Bell Tent guests should park in the Hotel Bell Tent section of the Orange car park. Guests will need to purchase an Orange Car Parking Pass to access this area. These can be bought for £10 online or for £15 on the gate. The lead booking contact will then also be emailed with a Hotel Bell Tent pass that permits one vehicle to park in the designated area. The Hotel Bell Tent car park is conveniently located close to the Mr Trolley service, and is the closest available public parking.

Will there be security?

Hotel Bell Tent is an exclusive area, and only wristbanded guests are permitted. Hotel Bell Tent staff will be in contact with site security at all times, and additional security personnel will be provided during night time hours.

As always, Hotel Bell Tent can not be liable for lost or stolen items, and we advise against bringing valuable items, and making use of the Green Man lockable areas run by the CND in the public campsite.

What essential items should I bring?

We highly recommend you bring a torch, lots of layers for when the sun goes down, plenty of warm bedding (if you’re bringing your own) and cosy pyjamas. Bringing an extra blanket is always a good idea just in case the night times are a little cooler.

Can I bring alcohol?

Please refer to the festival website for any rules regarding the bringing of alcohol.

Can I use a barbeque or camping stove?

Please refer to the festival website for any rules regarding the use of barbeques and camping stoves.

What about the environment?

At Hotel Bell Tent we respect the environment and try our hardest to look after all the beautiful spaces where we set up camp. We welcome all guests' help in keeping our area clean and tidy and assisting us in leaving no trace. Please help us by using the bins dotted around the site, and bagging up your rubbish so it can easily be recycled and disposed of.
