Hotel Bell Tent at CarFest is all about the relaxed, communal atmosphere with a touch of luxury! Spend the weekend experiencing all the excitement CarFest has to offer from world-class cars, crowd-pleasing headliners and brilliant activities for kids and grownups alike, whilst also experiencing the romance and magic of glamping.

Guest Facilities

Arrive at your leisure to be greeted by the lovely Hotel Bell Tent team with bell boys on hand to help you with your luggage from reception to your boutique weekend accommodation, set up as per your request when making your booking.

Once you are settled in, we’d love you to join us at the oasis of the Hotel Bell Tent bar for a complimentary glass of chilled Prosecco to help you ease into your fun filled weekend.

It’s all about the luxury so you can also expect:

  • Power supplied in every tent to charge phones and cameras

  • A gorgeous hospitality area with seating in and outside including wooden benches and tables, sofas and low-level tables with hay bales

  • A delicious breakfast selection served each morning of your stay, including cooked and continental

  • Tea and coffee available throughout your stay

  • Onsite café with further meals and snacks available throughout the day and night (extra cost)

  • Fully licenced bar with a selection of beer, wine, house spirits and soft drinks (extra cost)

  • Movie den with cosy beanbags and a selection of DVD’s are reception. You are welcome to bring your own too!

  • Relaxing deck chairs to watch all the live CarFest action by the large screen

  • Welcoming fire pits and magical lighting in the evening

  • Exclusive flushable loos with a dedicated maintenance and cleaning crew

  • Showers housed in marquees, pamper stations complete with big mirrors and hairdryers

  • Wi-Fi around the hospitality area to keep you connected

  • Access to our exclusive car parking, with buggies available to assist with luggage to the fabulous Hotel Bell Tent reception

  • Night porters on hand from midnight to 8am to make your weekend as stress free as possible

Please Note

All Hotel Bell Tent guests at CarFest must have Weekend Camping ticket and if you wish to stay with us on the
Thursday night you will also need to book a Big Early Ticket.
*You will be required to enter your ticket reference number when booking.

**CarFest Big Early Entertainment for Hotel Bell Tent guests will be held this year inside Hotel Bell Tent rather than at the Big Early set up for general campers.  Entertainment to be publicised in all mailouts sent out prior to the event.
